The Weedon Group joins global independent packaging group, Zeus, as part of recent acquisition.

The Weedon Group, the UK’s leading independent corrugated packaging manufacturer, has secured its position as part of the Zeus Packaging Group in a recent acquisition by Zeus. The move enables The Weedon Group to grow in alignment with strategic company goals whilst enhancing Zeus’s vertical integration in the paper based packaging sector.

The acquisition is expected to take Zeus’s annualised revenues to €560 million, while increasing focus on paper-based packaging solutions. With over 35 years of experience and an award winning design team, The Weedon Group are looking forward to becoming an integral part of the Zeus Packaging group and drive sustainability through innovation,
